What we collect through the website

Through the appointment form: name and phone (required), and optionally email, preferred date, service of interest and your free-text message.

Through hosting infrastructure: minimal technical logs (IP address, time of access, request type), needed to operate and secure the site.

The site does not request health data and has no fields for diagnosis, medical history, X-rays or photographs.

• Optional form fields and cookie preferences — consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
• Website security and prevention of automated submissions — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Compliance with applicable legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Categories of recipients

Practice staff; the website hosting provider; the transactional email provider used for the form notification; Google Ireland Limited, only if you choose to load the embedded map.

We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing purposes.

International transfers

The infrastructure used may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is carried out based on the safeguards provided by Chapter V GDPR (typically standard contractual clauses). How long we keep data

Requests received through the site are kept as long as needed to handle them and to record the communication, then deleted.

Cookie preferences: up to 12 months, or until consent is withdrawn.

Medical documentation kept at the practice follows the periods required by the applicable medical regulations and is separate from data collected through the site.

Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not profile and do not take decisions based solely on automated processing. The site contains no analytics or advertising tools.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to webmaster@drcurteanu.ro; we reply within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, and seek a judicial remedy.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. The form uses anti-spam protection that collects no additional data about you. Form data is not written to application logs and is never sent to analytics tools.
